Not good-Avoid

Deserves three negative stars for wasting my time. The authors do not explain concepts clearly. End of chapter exercises correspond very poorly to the subject matter covered in the chapter. The mathematical derivation (or lack thereof) for crucial equations were simply awful. If you are a beginner in business process and modeling, this book will discourage you from learning the material. The biggest selling point of this text book is bundling ExtendSim software coupon. Please avoid if possible.

Very disappointed in this title

Focuses entirely too much on theory and comes up very short in showing actual examples on how to correctly apply in real world scenarios. Many of the questions in the review sections have no connection to the text or the examples provided within. I.E. you have to go looking outside the book for answers to the questions in the book. Very disappointed in this title.
